Reporting to the General Manager – Rockhampton Aviation Maintenance, the role provides executive support to the General Manager and coordinates key site administration activities, including travel and accommodation, visitor coordination, meeting support, internal communications, purchase orders, invoices and general administrative support across the site. The position also supports recruitment administration, onboarding, HR and payroll liaison, contractor onboarding, safety and compliance administration, and general business projects.
